Two-way contact sync between Freshdesk and MailChimp

Piesync integrates Freshdesk with MailChimp. Every time you add or update a contact in Freshdesk, it is automatically synced with MailChimp, and vice versa.

Syncing Freshdesk with MailChimp is currently on our roadmap. We can keep you posted when it’s available, or you can sign up and start syncing other services today.

About PieSync

PieSync works in the background and integrates your contacts two-way and in real time between your favorite cloud apps. This means you will have access to the most up to date customer information, no matter where you are or who entered the data.

About Freshdesk

Freshdesk is an omnichannel cloud-based customer support platform. Whether it's phone, email, your own branded community, or social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter, Freshdesk ensures you can connect with your customers on all levels.

About MailChimp

MailChimp is an extensive email marketing tool, and probably the most versatile out there! Targeted campaigns, newsletters, and automated messages together with a broad range of excellent and customizable templates and pre-made campaigns will make this a breeze!

Try it out for yourself

I'm using PieSync to sync MailChimp with Nimble. It works perfectly. When someone signs up for my weekly email, the person's name is automatically entered into Nimble. With this sync, I'm able to keep track of those people who sign up and follow them on social media through Nimble.

The number one benefit for me syncing my CRM (CapsuleCRM) with my Google Contacts is that changes I make on the CRM (or contacts added automatically from contact forms, MailChimp, etc) are passed over to Gmail and, equally importantly, then available on my Android phone (OnePlus One)
