14 days free for everyone. PieSync offers anyone a 14-day free trial. You do not have to enter any credit card of personal information in order to benefit from this offer. At the end of this trial, you will be asked to enter payment information in order to continue usage of PieSync.
Cancel a plan and you won't be charged again. After cancelling your account, you will not be charged again. You are responsible for charges that have already been incurred for the current billing period.
After 5 days without payment your account is put on hold. Payments are automatically processed and charged from your credit card. If our payment processor is unable to charge the given card for any reason, it will try again. If payments keep failing, your account will be paused (no more synchronization or usage of the gadget) and you will have to manually check your credit card information and request a retry. If it gets resolved within 30 days, everything goes back to normal, otherwise your account is suspended.
How do I cancel my account? You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Account” tab (usually found on the Dashboard). Once you are on the Account page, click the “Please cancel my account” link.
