I don't want to be updating multiple contact apps. PieSync allows me to focus on using Google Contacts to which I have added a CRM label. Each time I apply it, PieSync picks it up and immediately syncs that contact into my CRM function within PODIO along with any subsequent contact updates. It saves me a lot of time and headache. Wish I'd found it earlier. On a personal note, PieSync has also enabled my wife and I to get round having two contact books. Using the same approach, I set up a "Home" label and that then syncs with her contact book and vice versa. Brilliant!

We’re using PieSync to help a client of ours sync their contacts in two different CRM’s. In once CRM, contacts are signed up for a trial to use our client's software, and in the other CRM, this trial sign-up triggers an automated email workflow. Before PieSync, contacts would be sent from one CRM to the other upon creation. Later, if they signed up for a trial, their updated trial sign-up information wouldn’t be sent from one CRM to the other. This wouldn’t trigger the email automation campaign, and new trial users wouldn’t get the information they needed. Now we have PieSync, and that information is accurate, all the time.
