Two-way contact sync between Birdeye and Magento

Everything works smoothly with PieSync. After a 10-minute setup we were able to sync our contacts between Salesforce and HubSpot. In Salesforce we collect information about clients and prospects that, thanks to the sync, we can use in HubSpot for marketing purposes. I would definitely recommend it!
We’re using PieSync to help a client of ours sync their contacts in two different CRM’s. In one CRM, contacts are signed up for a trial to use our client's software, and in the other CRM, this trial sign-up triggers an automated email workflow. Before PieSync, contacts would be sent from one CRM to the other upon creation. Later, if they signed up for a trial, their updated trial sign-up information wouldn’t be sent from one CRM to the other. This wouldn’t trigger the email automation campaign, and new trial users wouldn’t get the information they needed. Now we have PieSync, and that information is accurate, all the time.
