1. Share contact information between Pipedrive CRM and Google Contacts

The easiest and most efficient way to harness the powers of Google Contacts is to share your contact information with Pipedrive CRM. The powers of Google Contacts are sometimes overlooked. It's an app that most people take for granted, as something that simply comes with having a Gmail account.

In my opinion, the single most overlooked feature of Contacts is that it unleashes your personal contact management from your desktop. Google Contacts brings your contacts to your mobile phone, and that's one heck of a feature!

Now, to make sure all your Pipedrive contacts are synced to your mobile, simply turn on the Google Contacts sync in Pipedrive. Click 'Your Name' at the top right of your Pipedrive menu. Then, go to ‘Settings' and select 'Google Contacts' tab. Click on 'Connect your account with Google' link and follow the instructions. Once you’ve connected you Google account, go back to 'Google Contacts' tab and click on 'Enable Google Contacts sync'.
