What 2016 has in store2015 was a stroll in the park compared to what we’ll be doing in 2016. Thankfully we have some additions to our team so we can help you even faster and even better. Our engineering team is preparing like crazy to send lots of New Year’s presents your way. We apologize they didn’t make it in time for Christmas, as we initially anticipated, but they’re coming all the way from Belgium… The gifts will come in the form of new connectors and features. Ambitious as we are, we want to give you the ability to connect 100 apps in 2016. Here’s a list of the ones we’ll be releasing first.
and many more. Check our Connections Page for the most up-to-date version and vote your apps into our pipeline.
LoggingRight now you can see how many creations and updates have been synced over the last 24h per app and you get a graph with an overview of the syncs in the past month. In 2016 we will improve this enormously, showing you exactly which contacts were synced, and which ones were not so you can see why and have them synced anyway. We’re very excited to release this!
Custom FieldsFirst of all we’ll give you some more insight in which fields get synced. And to top that, you’ll even be able to choose which fields get synced. Some of you have -rightfully so- requested to sync custom fields. At this moment we don’t, but we definitely understand the value and need for this. That is why our engineers are working hard on the ability to sync custom fields. We can’t wait to offer you this functionality!
More Advanced FiltersDepending on the apps you’ve connected, you can choose to sync certain Groups or Tags etc. We’ve noticed that’s not always enough, so we will make sure you get other filters as well. Since this is very app-specific, we’ll share more about this in a separate article once this functionality is available. Another great feature to look forward to! This is how we’ll turn contact management from a head scratcher to a no-brainer. From a tedious task to set it and forget it. From something that looks like a time-waster to a time-saver. From yurgh to yay. We hope you’re looking forward to this just as much as we are.
