If-this-then-that rules

When you are working with big databases, it can happen that you don’t need all the data from all your apps in sync. Thanks to PieSync’s “if-this-then-that” rules or conditions you can choose which contacts to sync and how; according to attributes, tags, labels, lists, etc.

Custom field mapping

PieSync will automatically map most of your contacts’ information fields: name, email, address, phone number, etc. If you’ve created custom fields, you can also manually map as many fields as you wish:

Easy set-up

PieSync is easy to set up and requires no special coding. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Piesync account.

2. Choose SuiteCRM and another app.

3 Follow the instructions to authorize both apps.

4 Choose your sync direction. By default, it is synced both ways between the two apps, but you can choose to sync just one way.

5 Customize your sync by adding if-this-then-that rules.

6 Check your default mapping and add whichever customized field that was not automatically mapped.
