PieSync’s Integration for JobAdder
JobAdder is a cloud-based recruitment management platform for staffing agencies and in-house corporate hiring teams. In the first direction of the sync (from JobAdder to your other app), you can easily have candiadates and contacts’s information in your VoIP, Accounting tool, Email Marketing tools, etc. Every time you have a new contact or candidate or whenever you update their information, it will be automatically up-to-date in your connected app.
So for instance, if you have your application tracking system in sync with your VoIP, you’ll have proper caller-IDs on your smartphone.
In the other direction of the sync, whenever the information of a contact or lead changes in the connected app, it will be up-to-date in JobAdder.
PieSync is constantly checking both applications for changes to make sure you have high quality data.
How is PieSync different from other integrations?
JobAdder already offers several integration options. Most of them, one-way pushes (Zapier, Automate.io, etc.) But one-way pushes usually don’t take historical data into consideration and are likely to generate duplicates.
What makes PieSync unique is its ability to intelligently interpret data. It makes sure to match contacts based on their email address and it takes “the best” information of each app. Which means it will enrich them instead of duplicate them.
