Less-Annoying-CRM Launch

What is Less Annoying CRM?

Less Annoying CRM is a simple CRM built from the ground up for small businesses. Manage your contacts, leads, notes, calendar, to-do’s and more, all from one simple web app. The product is founded on three core principles: simplicity, affordability, and outstanding customer service.

Take a look at all the apps you can sync Less Annoying CRM with:

What is PieSync?

Next to Less Annoying CRM, your SME is probably working with marketing automation, customer support tools, an accounting app, and several other cloud-based apps.

The different tools your company uses across departments gather valuable customer information. The problem is that most apps don’t really communicate with each other and as a result, you have isolated islands of data in each app.

That’s where PieSync steps in!

PieSync’s contact sync engine works bidirectionally, integrating more than 100+ cloud apps in real time. This means that if you add or update a contact in one app, you will have it up-to-date automatically in the other one. The best part? You can choose which contacts to sync and how: sync lists, categories, tags and almost any other attribute between apps.

With PieSync, you can have the contact information from Less Annoying CRM in sync with apps such as Mailchimp, Shopify, Google Contacts, Xero, Zendesk, HubSpot, and many others. This means you won’t have to worry about manually importing and exporting data ever again!

When you start syncing with Less Annoying CRM, you'll see that the typical fields are mapped by default between apps (names, addresses, emails, etc.)

Additionally, you can custom map your Less Annoying CRM customized fields and any additional standard fields that aren't included in the default mapping yet. Learn more about it here.

Intelligent syncing

You can create more nuance by using “if–this–then–that” rules or conditions on top of the two-way sync. These rules are part of the Intelligent Syncing and enables you to accomplish complex automatic workflows across your apps. They allow you to configure your sync by deciding which fields, tags, and categories in each app should be in sync.

PieSync's intelligent sync will save you hours on contact management, increase the ROI of your SaaS Stack and give you peace of mind. The right data, in the right app, at the right time.

And there's more!

  • Save time spent on data entry
  • Increase ROI
  • No more import/export of your contacts
  • One database across all your cloud apps
  • Sync changes, including deletions and unsubscribes, in your favorite cloud apps and CRM
  • Share accurate customer information across your marketing, sales and customer service platforms.

How is PieSync different from Zapier?

Zapier is great for one-way data pushes. If you’re using web forms on your website and you want to push that data to your CRM, Zapier is what you need.

It is a trigger based app and will only operate when a trigger is pulled, pushing all the data to another database. But in this process, Zapier won’t check if an update is necessary and it won’t sync data.

If you try to set up a “sync” with Zapier, you’re taking a very high risk of your data being over-written. Their app isn’t built for syncing data, it’s built for, well, zapping data. So it is good for one-time data pushes.

PieSync checks to see if an update is needed and then it syncs the new data. You can also choose which app is your “source of truth” so you won’t accidentally sync the incorrect information. PieSync is great for when you want to continuously sync correct, up to date, error-free information across your cloud apps.
