PieSync Introduces Customizable Field Mapping

Ghent, Belgium: PieSync provides a seamless, real-time, two-way contact sync between cloud applications. A major feature release of the platform now offers in-depth control to users, allowing them to customize contact syncs, making it possible to set up detailed mappings between custom fields. This takes their bi-directional sync to a whole new level, far beyond basic information like name and email address.

With this new release, users can now, for example, set PieSync to synchronize a lead’s status in their CRM with the segmentation of their newsletters, ensuring the right message is going to the right person at the right time.

Another use case is to empower Customer Success teams with more detailed information on who they are communicating with and whether they are a customer, a prospect or past customer. Sales teams, marketing teams and customer care teams will finally all be in sync. Companies will save time on data entry, ensuring smooth operations across all departments, which result in a sizeable ROI increase of their software tools.

Ewout Meyns: (CEO) “Our mission is to enable users to create their own, customized, integrated SaaS suite. We’re providing users the possibility to choose specific SaaS solutions for very specific needs, allowing maximum freedom with up-to-date data. Our promise is that with your data synced across your cloud apps, you will be able to better serve your customers and make strategic decisions without the hassle and time lost in doing so. We want to finally break down the silos between different SaaS applications in different departments.”

PieSync is already providing a high level two-way sync between more than 30 of the most popular SaaS applications. By the end of next year, PieSync aims to allow synchronization between more than 300 SaaS applications.

About PieSync: PieSync keeps your contacts in sync between your favorite cloud apps, two-way and in real time. Just set it and forget it.
