Syncro is helping you track the IT services you deliver for other companies, among other things. This complete tool collects several types of information in one single platform. But… Is Syncro the only business tool you and your team are using? I bet not.
As your business grows, new processes are necessary and more business applications are required. New data is gathered by these tools. At the same time, these new tools need some of the information stored in Syncro. When that happens, you need to find the right integration solution for your business.
Syncro offers some native integration with other business platforms. Additionally, they have Zapier’s one-way pushes. So what’s new?
A complete syncrhonization solution
From now on, PieSync offers a 2-way synchronization solution for Syncro users, it’s the glue that keeps your customer data together, in perfect sync. Whenever a contact is added or updated in one of the connected apps, that change will be made effective in the other app.
This guarantees your contact data is always up-to-date no matter who entered the data or from which platform or device.
During the initial sync, you can match the existing, historical data between the two systems and control how you merge your duplicate contacts. Later on, you can just let it work in the background.
You don’t have to manually transfer data EVER again!
These are the app you can have in sync with Syncro today:
Every Wednesday, PieSync releases a new application. If the business tool you are using is not there, go to the pipeline and vote for the app you need.
With an intuitive if-this-then-that filtering option, you can decide which subsets of contacts you want in sync. That way you can maintain your Syncro segmentation across your business according to attributes, lists, tags, groups, or labels in each app.
By default, standard fields are mapped (name, last name, phone number, etc.) Additionally, you can manually map other fields you’ve customized in your apps:
