I have all my contacts in all my applications instantly. I can create a contact in Google Contacts, assign it to a Google Contacts group and it automatically appears in my CRM, Infusionsoft. Then, when I change a group in Google Contacts to accounts, the same contact syncs with Xero, my accounting system.

We’re using PieSync to help a client of ours sync their contacts in two different CRM’s. In one CRM, contacts are signed up for a trial to use our client’s software, and in the other CRM, this trial sign-up triggers an automated email workflow. Before PieSync, contacts would be sent from one CRM to the other upon creation. Later, if they signed up for a trial, their updated trial sign-up information wouldn’t be sent from one CRM to the other. This wouldn’t trigger the email automation campaign, and new trial users wouldn’t get the information they needed. Now we have PieSync, and that information is accurate, all the time. Everything works smoothly with PieSync. After a 10-minute setup we were able to sync our contacts between Salesforce and HubSpot. In Salesforce we collect information about clients and prospects that, thanks to the sync, we can use in HubSpot for marketing purposes. I would definitely recommend it!

I love what PieSync is doing for me! We use a few different databases to record customer contact and touches, and having to replicate that over all, including my Google Contacts (professionally and personally) used to be a pain. Nimble is a fantastic way to gather client information, and being able to make the addition/change in one place saves me a lot of time.
We use PieSync to synchronise our Highrise and Mailchimp databases. Having our contacts up to date is extremely important for us and we couldn’t find another product that did two way synchronisation. You have saved our organisation SO much time in keeping our contacts up to date. The cost pails into insignificance.
I use Freshbooks for invoicing and SharpSpring for marketing. I was looking for a way to get my customer information from Freshbooks and into Sharpspring and PieSync does that perfectly. I also use PieSync to add customer details to my email marketing apps, I even sync customer contacts to my phone via iCloud. It works in all directions, so even if I am out of the office and I meet a new contact, I add them in my phone and PieSync syncs them to my other systems instantly.
PieSync is working great. I use Nimble heavily, it doesn’t sync to iCloud or other apps, so I use PieSync to sync to Google Contacts and then to iCloud.
The #1 problem PieSync solves for me is to stay in sync and save me the hassle of redundant data entry. When I enter new leads to ONE Page CRM, I want to see them quickly in Google Contacts on my phone. That way, I can easily follow up with them, or recognize their number when they call or text me.
Pipedrive is a very efficient CRM solution but only in connection with PieSync we decided to opt for Pipedrive. The key reason for us is because PieSync allows either one or two way sync of contacts and the administrator is in full control of the process. We have not come across a more reliable, secure and intuitive syncing solution than PieSync.
I am using PieSync to keep my Podio contacts in sync with my Mailchimp and Google Contacts. It has saved me $1000’s in development costs and is so easy to setup and there is literally no maintenance required. Love it!

Keeping databases in line is a challenge. PieSync eliminates the pain of keeping Capsule and my Google Apps contacts in sync. Fast setup, easy to test and try - and support was fast too for the one query I had in setup. Been running smoothly ever since.
I’m using PieSync to sync MailChimp with Nimble. It works perfectly. When someone signs up for my weekly email, the person’s name is automatically entered into Nimble. With this sync, I’m able to keep track of those people who sign up and follow them on social media through Nimble.
This works so well I don’t even think about it anymore. Two-way sync between my Google contacts and my Highrise database is PRICELESS. Such a savings of time and piece of mind.

The number one benefit for me syncing my CRM (Capsule) with my Google Contacts is that changes I make on the CRM (or contacts added automatically from contact forms, MailChimp, etc) are passed over to Gmail and, equally importantly, then available on my Android phone (OnePlus One)

We are using PieSync to sync data between our CRM (ProsperWorks) and our Help Desk (Help Scout) to make it so our client information is up-to-date and so that we don’t have to manage two separate client information databases. It has shown to be very useful and a must have after even just a short time of using it. We like to use the best tool for the job and best software on the market. That means we are setting ourselves and our clients up with lots of SaaS and keeping the information synced across them all is a must. It essentially allows us to keep a central database of information which is one of the only ways to make it all work.
The #1 reason we signed up with PieSync is to keep our Google contacts synced with Capsule, and vice versa. I had been looking for this exact solution for years, and tried ad-hoc methods that never really worked the way I needed. PieSync is keeping our contacts up to date across Google and Capsule. I don’t know if we would have bothered updating things manually, we would have just had a subpar system. This saves us about an hour a week. More importantly though, it saves us from mistakes and confusion.

Because it’s easier to use than Zapier, and it is a two-way sync, rather than a “zap one way” and then “another zap the other way.

I’m using PieSync to keep my smartphone updated with the business development plans that I make using Nimble. So as I travel, I’m able to stay in touch with each client on a moment to moment basis.
I don’t want to be updating multiple contact apps. PieSync allows me to focus on using Google Contacts to which I have added a CRM label. Each time I apply it, PieSync picks it up and immediately syncs that contact into my CRM function within PODIO along with any subsequent contact updates. It saves me a lot of time and headache. Wish I’d found it earlier. On a personal note, PieSync has also enabled my wife and I to get round having two contact books. Using the same approach, I set up a “Home” label and that then syncs with her contact book and vice versa. Brilliant!
I love the fact that PieSync allows me to keep my contacts synced in Gmail and Nimble CRM – it’s saved me hours of updates. I’m a B2B marketing consultant and I need to ensure that I always have the latest client data with me at all times. PieSync ensures that once I make an update, I only make it once!
This is a great app that does exactly what it is supposed to do and in a very simple way. I use it to keep my contacts in sync between CRM’s and it does a great job of that.
We’re using PieSync to sync contacts between Highrise and Google business apps contacts. We had the problem that we couldn’t easily access client contact details on our mobile devices, without logging in to Highrise. Now we tag Highrise contacts as ‘client’ and ‘managed client’, and we also use a tag called ‘sync’. Thanks to PieSync, these contacts now come over to Google contacts, which in turn syncs to all devices using that Google account. We now easily have client contact details available when needed without logging into Highrise.
When you are out on the road and you need urgent information, then you realize why you are paying for it. I’m already used to PieSync, now I can’t imagine a world without it.

We are using PieSync to solve our address book sync issue with MailChimp and FullContact. We use FullContact for our company database, the contacts are stored on Google Contacts. PieSync allows us to use FullContact in combination with Google Contacts and MailChimp. It allows our team members to have offline and online access on mobile devices and to enter data when needed that syncs back to our main office that sends out the news letters and works on MailChimp. We can not use a full online CMS while we do not have reliable internet all the time where we are based, so this works great for us.

“Gives us flexibility to sync data between apps” I like the interface, it’s straightforward and unfussy and the support team are really helpful and very knowledgable. We are mainly using it to connect our CRM with an ESP without having to consistently worry about deduping. It’s been working great so far. PieSync allows us to synch two ways simultaneously between platforms which gives us a lot more flexibility to plug in different apps.
I’m using PieSync because it saves time. Point blank, its synchronization saves me hours.
Even if you have a great app, the truth is that every technology has a limit. The wonderful thing about PieSync is that it helps you overcome that limit.
Now, I don’t have to go to four different platforms to have all the up-to-date contact information I need. We update in one app and we can rely on having it available across our other tools. That’s definitely saving us a lot of time!

PieSync is an essential part of running our business. We have multiple partners all using iPhones with Google’s GSuite, and PieSync allows us to have all of our clients contact info in perfect sync on all of our iPhones. We also use Front and AirCall for our email, SMS, and phone system which also would not be possible without PieSync. It has become the essential backbone of our business.
At first you simply sync contacts across app’s, but later on you discover that you can build a lot of ‘smarts’ in your syncs. Like the changing of a status for a customer when there is a new order, so that person now gets new and specific mailings that you automated in your mailing tool. Smart syncing for your CRM, mailing app, project manager, etc. Very handy! If you have multiple apps, or are considering getting a new app and need contact migration in a smart way, and are copying contact data, get PieSync. Set it up once, and you’re good to go. -One truth for all data on contacts -Smart syncing (industry from the one, status from the other app, etc., to culminate in a 360 view).
We use Piesync to keep our clients’ CRMs sync’d with their GSuite, accounting and other Cloud Based platforms. It has made running multiple cloud based solutions together easy and I can see Piesync becoming an essential tool for us. It is also brilliant for migrating data between platforms. PieSync simply does what it says it will do. I’ve gone from updating 4 sister systems to only having to enter information once and then PieSync keeps everything synced. I wish I had found PieSync sooner!
