Back in 2017, Adrien Jorge founded Propseller, the first “search-to-engage” property agent marketplace in Asia.
They use clients’ reviews, historical transactions and commission rates to match them with the best property agent, helping them get the most out of a real estate sale or lease.
They believe that by bringing transparency to clients and new business opportunities to agents, they can change the face of real estate.
According to Adrien, answering a phone call before using PieSync was a shot in the dark. They didn’t know exactly who was calling them, and it wasn’t immediately clear if the company had any prior information or history with that person.
This was preventing them from having personalized, efficient conversations with their prospects and customers.
How PieSync helped
Now, Propseller keeps different contacts in sync between HubSpot and Aircall. This way, whenever they add or modify a contact’s information in one app, it is automatically updated in the other.
Most cloud-based CRMs, like HubSpot, offer limited information fields, such as name, country, address, etc. However, for Adrien, it was important to create a custom field to enter the contact’s role. This way, he would know which contact in the HubSpot database is identified as a client, agent, talent, vendor, etc.
He created that custom field inside HubSpot to store the specific information. Then, through PieSync’s customized rules, he was able to choose only contacts that have the “Role” field filled in to be synced to Google Contacts.
As a result, he made sure that he only synced his essential contacts to his phone, as his phone is direclty synced to Google Contacts.
Another important factor for Propseller is to offer personalization. “For example, we received a phone call from a number we knew: Marc. The call came to Aircall, but it was synced from HubSpot. Thanks to this, his name was displayed on Aircall, and I answered saying “Hello, Marc”.
“With one click, I had his HubSpot contact record in front of me. I could see exactly which one of my colleagues he had talked to last and what my colleague had entered into his record.”
“Because my colleague had recorded everything, I knew exactly which stage of his journey Marc was at. I could say, ‘Yes, you are living here, have x kids and you were looking for a new place’. I could give him just what he needed and he was super happy,” says Adrien.
Ultimately, PieSync is helping Propseller improve the quality of their conversations.
“Effective communication is difficult to achieve, you need the right systems, process and people. There are lots of companies that are not able to do so, but we are doing it really well, thanks to the resources we have available,” says Adrien Jorge.
