PieSync is no longer available

Over two years after HubSpot acquired PieSync — the time has come to fully devote our full attention and resources to building native HubSpot features.

That’s why the PieSync product was sunset on December 31, 2021.

Lots of our world class sync technology lives on inside of HubSpot’s Operations Hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I was a PieSync customer, what happened to my syncs and my data?
We stopped billing you in November 2021. Since January 1st 2022, your syncs have been put to rest, which means none of your data will be kept actively in sync anymore. Any data that was synced in the past, remains in your apps.

  2. What should I do if I want to continue syncing?
Some of PieSync’s functionality has been rebuilt inside of HubSpot in a feature called Data Sync. To recreate your integration inside of HubSpot, find your app in the HubSpot App Marketplace and follow the steps to install and configure the integration.

If you’re a HubSpot customer and have further questions, reach out to your primary point of contact - they’ll be happy to inform you of the best next steps.

  3. Using HubSpot doesn’t work for me. What can I do?
If you don’t find your app in HubSpot and need an immediate replacement, we recommend alternative integration platforms like Unito.io, Zapier or Integromat.

  4. How was this change communicated?
We announced to all our users via email on April 21, 2021 that PieSync was going away at the end of this year. On the PieSync.com home page, as well as in the app, a yellow banner was omnipresent to inform you of the same. Later in the year we sent reminder emails regarding the upcoming sunset. We also stopped billing you for PieSync for November and December.

  5. How can I set up a custom integration?
HubSpot provides dozens of APIs with which to create integrations. Not an API expert? Reach out to a solutions provider for a helping hand.
