GETTING STARTED GUIDE: How to set up a new connection?
ALL FEATURES EXPLAINED: All our features/functionality explained in detail - no app-specifics.
amoCRM is a powerful CRM solution, set up in just a few minutes! It's a very intuitive tool, making it easy as pie to turn your leads into long-term customers. Sales automation, including an interactive and customizable pipeline, and behaviour triggered actions are just a few features that allow you to focus on your clients and minimise manual work.
Below you'll find detailed information, specifically for amoCRM integrations
Supported amoCRM Integrations
To connect your amoCRM account, we need the following things:
- Your domain (something.amocrm.com or something.amocrm.ru). This can be found in your browser as per the below image.
- The username which you use to log into your amoCRM account
- Your API key. The below image also shows how to get this key.
If you already authorized amoCRM accounts in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you'll be able to skip this step and choose from your CONNECTED ACCOUNTS.
[IF] Supported Conditions/Filters

Default Field Mapping
Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard amoCRM fields being mapped. For instance, a connection with Google Contacts will look something like this:
PieSync syncs the default name field(s) that come with the apps. Sometimes they have a different structure in both apps you connect. E.g. first and last names are separate in app A and joint in a single field in app B. In the background, PieSync joins first and last names together from app A to B and separates them again from app B to A. Our algorithm is smart about which part it updates in app B.
Customizable Field Mapping
You can custom map your any additional amoCRM fields that aren't included in the default mapping yet. Bear in mind a mapping between two fields can only exist if the types of fields are compatible. We also support amoCRM custom fields. More information on Customizable Field Mapping here.
We sync deletions the same way in the amoCRM/GoogleContacts integration, one-way only from Google to amoCRM. If you delete a contact in Google, we'll add the tag 'PieSync Trash' in amoCRM so you can review this segment first before deleting it there as well.
In connections with Marketing Tools (e.g. such as MailChimp), you are able to sync unsubscribes one-way. When a contact unsubscribes in e.g. MailChimp, we add the tag 'PieSync Unsubscribes' in amoCRM. You will be able to review this segment first before e.g. deleting or taking action on that side of the sync.
The availability of this feature is app and connection dependent. If the feature box (screenshots above) is not there to tick, it's simply not possible. We need to be able to detect deletions on one side and at the same time be able to create add the tag 'PieSync Trash' on the other side. More Information on Syncing Deletions in other integrations here.
Thanks to the feedback we have already received, we created a list of popular apps that we’re going to work on very soon. By voting them up in our pipeline, YOU decide which connectors we’ll release first. If you don’t see your app on the list or need any further help, drop us a line - firstname.lastname@example.org.
