We’re using PieSync to help a client of ours sync their contacts in two different CRM’s. In one CRM, contacts are signed up for a trial to use our client's software, and in the other CRM, this trial sign-up triggers an automated email workflow. Before PieSync, contacts would be sent from one CRM to the other upon creation. Later, if they signed up for a trial, their updated trial sign-up information wouldn’t be sent from one CRM to the other.
