We are using PieSync to sync data between our CRM (ProsperWorks) and our Help Desk (Help Scout) to make it so our client information is up-to-date and so that we don't have to manage two separate client information databases. It has shown to be very useful and a must have after even just a short time of using it. We like to use the best tool for the job and best software on the market. That means we are setting ourselves and our clients up with lots of SaaS and keeping the information synced across them all is a must. It essentially allows us to keep a central database of information which is one of the only ways to make it all work.

I'm using PieSync to sync MailChimp with Nimble. It works perfectly. When someone signs up for my weekly email, the person's name is automatically entered into Nimble. With this sync, I'm able to keep track of those people who sign up and follow them on social media through Nimble.
