## Authorizing Pipeliner CRM Cloud

To authorise, provide your API Token, API Password and Space ID.

If you already authorized Pipeliner CRM Cloud account(s) in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you'll be able to skip the first part of the authorization and choose from your **CONNECTED ACCOUNTS**.

## Default Field Mapping

Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard Pipeliner CRM Cloud fields being mapped by default. For instance, in a connection with Google Contacts, the default field mapping looks like this:

## Customizable Field Mapping

You can custom map your Pipeliner CRM Cloud Custom Fields and any additional standard fields that aren't included in the default mapping yet. Bear in mind a mapping between two fields can only exist if the types of fields are compatible, and the particular compatibility will determine the direction of the mapping as well. ## Additional Options

### Syncing Deletions

In connections between [Google Contacts](/help/connector-apps/google-contacts/) and Pipeliner CRM Cloud, you are able to [sync deletions](/help/features/syncing-deletions/) one-way. When a contact gets deleted in Google Contacts, we add the tag 'PieSync Trash' to that same contact in Pipeliner CRM Cloud. You will be able to review this segment first before deleting or taking any other action in Pipeliner CRM Cloud too.

### Syncing Unsubscribes

Currently, there are no Pipeliner CRM Cloud integrations on the PieSync platform that support our [unsubscribes sync](/help/features/syncing-unsubscribes/). However, by applying certain filters and actions, you have the ability to sync unsubscribed contacts via the PieSync rules:

## Authorizing Salesforce

First, decide whether you want to contact to your Sandbox or Production environment.

We need you to log into your account and allow access. **When you click 'Authorize Salesforce', a pop-up window will ask you to log in and allow access.**

If you already authorized Salesforce in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you'll be able to skip this step and choose from your **CONNECTED ACCOUNTS**.

Distinguish between Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Person Accounts before proceeding to the configuration page.

## \[IF\] Supported Conditions/Filters

By default, we'll sync any contact from your Salesforce list of contacts. **PieSync does not sync Contact from or into accounts. HOWEVER, THERE IS A WORKAROUND for this...**[**just click here to see it**](https://help.piesync.com/faq/can-i-sync-accounts-companies-organisations-with-pie-sync).

You can choose to have PieSync only sync a subset of these contacts:

*   (not) OWNED BY
*   (not) OWNED BY ME (a user who authorized Salesforce)
*   GETS DELETED
*   a filter on FIELDS, including CUSTOM FIELDS

When you are syncing contacts into Salesforce Contacts, you can choose to update CONTACT FIELDS, including CUSTOM FIELDS.

## Default Field Mapping

Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard Salesforce fields being mapped by default. For instance, in a connection with ActiveCampaign, the default field mapping looks like this:

<InfoBox>PieSync syncs the default name field(s) that come with the apps. Sometimes they have a different structure in both apps you connect. E.g. first and last names are separate in app A and joint in a single field in app B. In the background, PieSync joins first and last names together from app A to B and separates them again from app B to A. Our algorithm is smart about which part it updates in app B.</InfoBox>

## Customizable Field Mapping

This feature allows you to create custom mappings, defining which contact fields should be kept in sync between your applications, including standard and custom fields. **Want to know more about setting up custom fields in Salesforce?
