How is your price calculated?

To calculate the total contact count , we add up the unique contacts in sync PER connection. If the contact is present in two connections, we count that contact twice as these are two separate syncs we perform (we scan every 2-3 minutes) to keep that contact in sync continuously between the two particular apps in each connection. You are charged per contact according to that pricing slider.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

There’s no risk and no credit card required. Once you sign up you can immediately start using our Sync. After 14 days you’ll be asked to choose a plan and all the work you did in the trial will cross over to your account. If you choose not to continue with us we’ll be sad and your sync will be paused.

What's the difference between PieSync and Zapier?

To get into the nitty-gritty of zapping vs. syncing, have a look here. The biggest difference between Zapier and PieSync is that we provide a continuous two-way sync of your contacts, whereas Zapier only supports one-time one-way pushes without handling historical data

Is my data secure?

Yes, it is. Your data just flows through our system, and we use advanced authentication methods like Oauth. We do need to keep track of some identifying values of your data, like for example an email address. But we encrypt this data to keep it safe and secure.

Can I also set up a one-way connection?

Sure! You can choose the source and destination, and change the direction whenever you feel like it. You can even switch from a one-way to a two-way sync.

What if I exceed my plan’s limit?

If you exceed your limit for your billing period you will be automatically upgraded to the next plan fitting your new contact count.
