This is a great app that does exactly what it is supposed to do and in a very simple way. I use it to keep my contacts in sync between CRM's and it does a great job of that.
We’re using PieSync to help a client of ours sync their contacts in two different CRM’s. In one CRM, contacts are signed up for a trial to use our client's software, and in the other CRM, this trial sign-up triggers an automated email workflow. Before PieSync, contacts would be sent from one CRM to the other upon creation. Later, if they signed up for a trial, their updated trial sign-up information wouldn’t be sent from one CRM to the other. This wouldn’t trigger the email automation campaign, and new trial users wouldn’t get the information they needed. Now we have PieSync, and that information is accurate, all the time.
